Utilize E&S's experience and knowledge base in creating a focused, captivating routine for your next showcase or competition (pole or hoop - beg. thru adv. - sexy, dramatic, funny)! We'll tackle everything from setting expectations, choosing & finalizing a song, picking tricks and transitions, creating combos, layout and flow, adding drama, practicing and polishing to choosing/creating a costume, and managing competition anxiety/stress.
The Working Workshops explore the art of combining tricks and transitions specifically for you based on your favorite moves and experience. This allows you to express yourself in unique and exciting ways within your showcase/competition routine parameters.
Within the workshops, you will have the opportunity to explore multiple songs that resonate with you personally also connecting to your routine goal. This give you a chance to connect deeply with your music and unleash creativity. By building combos based on your existing tricks and transitions, we will help you incorporate new shapes and forms unique to your body.
After developing your routine, we layer on the emotional level, encouraging you to infuse your performance with your strengths and personal style. Additionally, we will help you identify and address any bad habits or areas for improvement; this ensures that your execution is (as close to) flawless and captivating.
The Private Lessons will focus on your unique performance needs, addressing areas that require improvement and enhancing your specific strengths. We'll refine technique to master your choreo! Prepare for more detailed feedback, ensuring you are well-prepared and able to showcase your best performance on stage.
Throughout the workshops & private lessons we emphasize the importance of practice and dedication. When ready, you will have the opportunity for a video session with post review feedback. Our goal is to help you create a memorable routine that showcases your unique talent and leaves a lasting impact on your audience. Once your routine is finalized, you're encouraged to stick with it and invest time in honing your skills. This is where the Studio Rental credits come in; practice, practice, practice!

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

[ Studio Rentals can be requested through email based on availability. Common SF options are Mon-Thu 7am - 6pm, Fri 7am - 10pm, Sat/Sun 1pm - 10pm | studio assignment based on class schedules ]
[ Private Session reservations can be rescheduled with at least 48 Hours notice prior to the scheduled time. No Exceptions. | Instructor requests will be accommodated as best as possible based on availability ]
[ Workshops credits are for the Performance Package only and are not transferrable ]
